Activist Cheng Bing led the evacuation team to complete the evacuation of all personnel within 5 minutes according to the plan of "the east elevator on the third floor, the west elevator on the second floor, and the nearest one on the first floor". The labor protection supervisor of the labor union, Liu Minqing, counted the number of people to ensure that "no one was left behind".

Scenario 2: A sudden "electrical fire" occurred in the production workshop firefighting and rescue data processing center. The production department manager, Zhang Bo, immediately cut off the power and organized initial firefighting efforts. Li Jingyang, the manager of the Quality and Safety Department, served as the on-site commander, directing the fire extinguishing team to use dry powder fire extinguishers to form the "first line of defense".
